We have lived in Kelowna since 1972 and have been licensed Realtors for over 25 years. We have been time share owners at the Grand Okanagan Resort and Convention Centre for several years and assisted many buyers and sellers over the last few years.

Gord is and has been a director of GOVA (Grand Okanagan Vacation Home Owners Assoc.) for several years and is currently President of the Strata Council which is the governing council for the west wing which houses the Time Shares and Vacation Homes.

In 2003 due to the increase in requests from both Sellers and Buyers, (many referred to us by Royal Host and the staff at the Grand) we launched Time Shares In B.C. as a facility to assist current time share owners and potential purchasers without the complexity of the Real Estate Act of British Columbia and therefore eliminating the usual legal costs. We perform all negotiations, and required documentation for resale transactions.
